CHAPTER 6

Two days had passed since the party that I could not remember. I had spent the whole of yesterday studying in the wonderful library ,with a pounding headache of course, but I woke up this morning and the pain had gone entirely. Unfortunately so had the happy go lucky Zain who had now returned to blunt and boring butler Zain again.

That afternoon Zain had arrived at my room to escort me to the university in Charles. Since I had no other way of getting there and he was still assigned to assist me. The car was silent and Zain was concentrating hard on the road. I watched him with his adorable concentrated face and he turned and smiled at me.

"You having fun watching me there my lady" his eyes snapped back to the road again but he was still smiling

"I...I uh... I wasn't watching you" I said flustered and started to blush uncontrollably

Zain laughed and the car became silent again. He seemed so awkward and so weirdly different that it was scaring me slightly. I decided not to off put him by talking but he seemed almost dazed. Like he was embarrassed or thinking hard about something. I became slightly worried at that but I brushed it off telling myself he must be concentrating on driving... Although he had never been this on edge before. Honestly he hasn't been normal since before the party the other night. But I could not recall a thing that happened so I brushed that idea off as well.
We arrived at Charles university around 4pm and Zain opened the door for me to step out and bowed closing it behind me.

"I shall be back at 7 pm to pick you up my lady" he said as professional and normal as ever

"Thank you Zain I shall be waiting" I replied smiling at him.

He returned to the car and drove away with a slightly awkward wave at me. I headed off to my lecture with a group of classmates for some unknown reason as confused as ever.

Part 1:

Assist me (Zain x Reader)Chapter 1
Zain reached his hand towards my face and swiftly brushed a stray strand of hair away from my face and tucked it behind my ear using this gentle action to bring my face closer to his. I could practically feel his hot breath on my lips as his face edged closer and closer to mine.
*KNOCK KNOCK*
A loud knock on my bedroom door disturbed my most perfect dream and dragged me back into reality again. Every morning at 8:03 just as my dreams reach their most satisfying and heart pounding moment I am woken by the sound of a knock.
"Ugh...come in" I said groggily rubbing my eyes as I sat up and leant my back on the headboard to steady my posture
Zain walked in sharp as ever with his highly professional ,blunt and boring , not even the tiniest hint out of the ordinary facial expression plastered onto his face. I watched him practically mesmerised by his every move. I had moved to Nobel Michel Castle a few weeks back to give me some extra help with my major in Nobel Michel in university.

Part 2:

Assist me (Zain x Reader)CHAPTER 2
About an hour later after I had finished getting ready I made my way down the halls of Nobel Michel towards the library to continue my studies. After all it was the only reason I began staying here in the first place and since I am off classes today and tomorrow I used this opportunity to make use of the exquisite library in the castle. Every time I entered the room it took my breath away. It most simply had to be my favourite room of all the rooms I had entered in Nobel Michel. From the fine details of the art on the walls to the large quantity of books lining the shelves this room simply had character from head to toe. Admiring the beauty of it for a moment I sat down at my usual desk and selected a few appropriate books to help me with my studies.
" Madam " a voice called out from behind me " I am sorry to disturb you in your studies but Sir Nobel Michel has requested your presence in the great hall"
I knew that voice anywhere. It was Zain who was now standing beside me in

Assist me (Zain x Reader)CHAPTER 3
We arrived at the hall where a large number of fancy people were already gathered. It seemed as though the princes from the other kingdoms were here as well as around the room there were large numbers of women chasing after the princes as they struggled to keep their balance. Zain seemed to have disappeared into the crowd and I was standing alone in the centre of the room.
" this is quite the party isn't it" a voice piped up behind me.
It was Prince Roberto and his gang of stalkerish women who had appeared suddenly behind me. They all glared at me with a harsh and disapproving look whilst Prince Roberto carried on smiling warmly at me. The women seemed to give up and they started chasing after Prince Keith who was a short distance away from where me and Roberto were standing.
"Yes It certainly is" I replied
"I was not expecting to see miss adorable here" he said lifting my hand and kissing it gently.
I blushed slightly at that small act and smiled back at him " yes I was invi

Part 4:

Assist me (Zain x Reader)CHAPTER 4
CRASH
I fell onto the floor with a crash and a bang. I laid there confused and in pain before a strong pair of arms pulled me up.
"Ugh Zain why didn't you catch me when I fell" I moaned rubbing my head. Even though falling was completely unintentional I was half drunkly expecting Zain to catch me
"so that was your Idea was in my lady" I heard Zain chuckle as he began to walk back down the hall again
" it's supposed to be a romantic scene you know the beautiful maiden falls and the handsome prince catches her and they kiss and stuff" I rambled to Zain who just kept laughing
"I am not a prince my lady but nothing more than a mere butler" he said still laughing
"So your not gonna deny the romantic scene that could have just happened to us ... Where's my kiss huh " I puckered my lips at Zain who stopped walking for a moment and smiled down at me
"my lady you are most certainly drunk" he laughed and began to walk down the hall again
"awwwwh your no funnnnn" I moaned at Zain "stop

Part 5:

Assist me (Zain x Reader)CHAPTER 5
KNOCK KNOCK
I awoke as usual to the sound of Zain knocking on my door at 8:03. My head was fuzzy and I can't seem to recall much that happened last night. My head was pounding and I almost felt as though it was going to explode.
"Ugh I remember going to the party.... I remember talking to prince Roberto and prince Edward...I don't remember anything after that....hey wait I'm still wearing my dress" I mumbled to myself " and I definitely drunk way too much last night... Zain I have a hangover"
Zain laughed lightly at me as I mumbled to myself in pain " I'm not at all surprised my lady the way you were acting"
"Huh wait....what....what was I doing" I said slightly puzzled
Zain just carried on laughing whilst he poured me my tea " this should help with your hangover my lady"
he handed me the cup with the usual fruity tea smell wafting out. I sipped lightly at the tea and my headache began to slow down even if it was only the tiniest bit. I certainly felt a lot better.
